Moonrobe is a handcrafted, personalised gift brand. Each product is made to order based on the details you provide.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the way Moonrobe operates, the rules for personalised products, and the shipping and refund conditions.

 

2. Personalised Products

Moonrobe products are individually personalised. You are responsible for the correct spelling of names, dates and messages. Refunds are not available if incorrect details were submitted, and personalised items may have limited return options.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and valid payment details. Production starts after your order is confirmed.

Moonrobe may refuse an order if information is incomplete or incorrect, the order appears fraudulent or abusive, or the product cannot be made for technical reasons.

 

4. Shipping

Moonrobe currently ships within the United Kingdom only. Each order includes free UK shipping, a tracking number, and multi-layer protective packaging.

5. Returns and Refunds

Moonrobe offers a 14-day return window, depending on the product type.

  • Full refund if the wooden box is damaged
  • Partial refund if only the gift wrapping is damaged and you must re-wrap the gift
  • No responsibility for damage during unboxing or gifting
  • Personalised products have specific return limitations
