Moonrobe boxes are carefully packaged in multiple layers to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully. Shipping is currently available within the United Kingdom only, with free delivery and full tracking included for every order.

Courier Service

 

Moonrobe boxes are shipped using one of the following UK courier services:

  • Royal Mail
  • Evri

Every parcel includes a tracking number. The courier is selected based on parcel size and the safest delivery option.

Delivery Time

 

Typical delivery time within the UK: 2–5 business days.

Packaging – How Your Box Is Protected

 

1. Gift Packaging

  • The wooden box is wrapped in natural brown paper
  • Tied with a simple, elegant string
  • This is the Moonrobe Signature Gift Packaging

2. Protective Layer

  • The gift-wrapped box is wrapped in bubble wrap
  • This protects the wooden box during transit

3. Outer Shipping Box

  • The bubble-wrapped parcel is placed inside a sturdy brown cardboard box
  • Additional brown paper is used if needed to prevent movement

4. Inner Experience

  • Inside the wooden box, the greeting card rests on a silk-tissue paper bed

If the Parcel Arrives Damaged

 

Outer Shipping Box Damage

 

A damaged outer box does not automatically mean the wooden box is affected. Please check the bubble wrap, gift wrapping, and the wooden box itself.

 

Gift Packaging Damage

 

If the brown wrapping paper or string is damaged, the wooden box is usually unharmed. A partial refund can be offered as compensation.

 

Wooden Box Damage

 

If the wooden box itself is damaged, please send clear photos or video within 14 days. A full refund is provided once the product is returned.

14-Day Return Guarantee

 

All orders include a 14-day return window. Damage caused during unboxing or gifting is not covered.

Documentation for Every Order

 

Each Moonrobe box is documented before shipping:

  • photos of the finished product
  • video of the final inspection
  • photos of packaging steps
  • photo of the parcel with the shipping label

Failed Delivery Attempts

 

Courier Error

 

The parcel may be reattempted, redirected, or returned. Courier insurance may apply.

 

Recipient Does Not Collect the Parcel

 

If the courier attempts delivery multiple times and the parcel is not collected, no automatic refund is issued. Once returned, the parcel can be resent or partially refunded.

All Moonrobe products include free UK shipping. Every parcel includes a tracking number.
